Remote IT Support
Available nationwide. Billed in 30-minute increments.
On-Site IT Support
Up to 20 km: R450 fixed callout, excluding labour.
Beyond 20 km: applicable AA vehicle rate multiplied by return road distance, plus R300/hour for return driving time. No additional R450 callout applies.
Applicable tolls and parking are charged at actual cost. Long-distance travel charges are quoted and approved before the visit.

- Monthly allowances expire at the end of each billing month and do not carry over.
- Remote Care sessions are counted in 30-minute increments. Additional remote support is R375 per 30 minutes.
- Each On-Site Care visit includes one local callout and up to one hour of labour. Unused time within an individual visit cannot be transferred to another visit.
- An available on-site visit may be scheduled for preventative maintenance.
- Additional on-site visits are charged at the applicable callout and labour rates. Additional labour is R750/hour.
- On-site services are not included in Remote Care plans. Remote support is charged separately under On-Site Care plans.
- Standard On-Site Care packages are limited to clients within 20 km one-way road distance of our office. Clients beyond this distance require a customised quote.
