Remote IT Support

Available nationwide. Billed in 30-minute increments.

On-Site IT Support

R750 / hour

Up to 20 km one-way road distance from our office: R450 fixed callout fee, excluding labour.

Beyond 20 km: AA vehicle rate × total return road kilometres, plus R300/hour for return driving time, instead of the fixed callout fee. Tolls and parking are charged at actual cost where applicable. Travel charges are quoted and approved before the visit.

For locations beyond 20 km, travel is quoted separately based on the AA vehicle rate, return road distance and return driving time. Applicable tolls and parking are extra.
